Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India) We offer the following shipping options within India:
- Standard Shipping – 5–7 business days | ₹50 (Free on orders above ₹999)
- Express Shipping – 2–3 business days | ₹70
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our courier partner's website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. Vamahi is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
